Yes. We offer full-service event packages so you can relax and enjoy the celebration. Depending on the package, we can help with planning, setup, take down, and additional in-house services such as cake, balloons, and DJ support. Ask us for package details and pricing.

How can you be sure your character will arrive for your event?

You can count on us to show up and deliver the experience you booked. We’ve been helping families celebrate for 16 years, and we treat every event with care. You’ll also have a private concierge with a dedicated text or call line for support before and on the day of your party.

What happens if your party has more than 25 child guests?

Accepted Answer

No problem. If you’re expecting more than 25 child guests, we can adjust your package by adding an additional character or a royal assistant so everyone gets attention and leaves with great memories.

Are the photos on your website real images of your performers?

Yes — our website photos show our real performers and the quality you can expect at your event. The images were professionally photographed by Jeff Zoet Visuals, and they are not AI-generated.
